Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

A little late sending this one out. It’s funny, because after I finished this comic of how I expected Thanksgiving to go with Luna… I got invited to a lovely Thanksgiving dinner with some of my new, extended family. They’re all wonderful people and it was so fun connecting.

But with this piece I wanted to point to all the solo-moms out there. Sometimes our best means just showing up for our kids with yummy food we all love. We are enough.

Fun facts about the characters, since I’ve had some folks ask me about them.

The mom is not “me” though she is inspired by many lived events. She’s Amy, and her daughter is Stella. Her coparent/Stella’s dad, is Dean.
